Book Buying and Collecting Things

This term I've continued to collect Books and toys and things. Although it's been quite the unhealthy obsession i'd much rather have something to show for my money than nothing at all. Here are three books that i have recently purchased which are very very nice!

Paper Cutting with Owen Gildersleeve

We recently had a University Project which was ran by Owen GIldersleeve. If you aren't Familiar with Owens work certainly go check it out. Owen is incredibly innovative with paper. We were asked to create a final image that was predominantly out of paper. I chose to highlight the durability of paper by making tools from paper.

Experimental Life Drawing

This term we have continued to have Experimental Life Drawing classes with Jake Abrams. The classes have been very stressful but incredibly enjoyable. Above is one of the final images i made.

"Hello, my name is Paul Smith" at the Design Museum

Last week I managed to pop down to the Design Museum to check out the Paul Smith show. I really enjoyed the exhibition Particularly the vast collection of prints and things that Sir Paul Smih had collected through out his years. If you have the time it certainly is worth the visit!
